Lead 2 business units: IT support and hosted service. Manage 4 departments: IT, Customer service, System Integration and Sales. Responsible for company IT operation, governs, provide IT support for business develop. Set up IT infrastructure to manage and operate HK and SZ office network, two Hong Kong IDC and one SZ IDC. Implement ITIL architecture to get the most efficient IT service delivery for business support. Responsible for architect the SaaS operation platform and service infrastructure to change the company’s business mode from software provider to service provider: Hosted wealth management provider, enhance company leading position at wealth management field; provide more flexible solution for kind of Bank and financial institutions. Build the technical infrastructure—the IDC datacenter to integrate Microsoft CRM and HMC, Hyper-V solution, host the company’s financial solution so that we can provide hosting service for Banks, Assurance Company at ASIA PACIFIC. Architect SaaS business operation model and develop strategy. Develop the hosting business to negotiate direct customers or resellers. Find strategy partner at Asia Pacific. Build the SaaS service package, the reseller agreements, the SLA. Set up customer care center and build the service process which covered whole company’s operation process including project manage, product develop, onsite deploy, hotline support, internal IT support and after sale service. That can make better service delivery and get customer satisfaction. Also collect feedback from customer for better service quality control and improvement. Lead System Integration team for company’s software products online deployment at customer site. Lead product deploy projects, setup the deploy process and standards, responsible for the PMO management architecture operation when deploy products for customers which are banking/financial groups. Responsible for the resource management for customer technical support for effectively products delivery.Set up the marketing strategy in China mainland; figure out the business plan and operation architecture. Develop bank customers, lead and attend in the biding process, business negotiation.
