Evaluation phase：(1) Make the feasibility report of the process and production capacity basing on the product drawings( including the original materials, assembly parts and surface artwork ect.) and the related customer requirements;(2) Evaluate resources investment, risk, cost and development schedule according to the customer`s product information Lacoste Polo Shirts package and forecast.2. Project kick off and development phase：(1) After the product drawings and features confirmed by the customer, hold a kick off meeting with the PDT chi straightener members from R&D, tooling department, production department, QA, supply chain ect.. In parallel, consider long lead time materials and procured parts to be risk-purchased.3. Build chi flat iron Phase：During the production builds, gather issues and call on review meetings with the PDT members to analyse and solve them, timely communicate with customers to reach agreement about the issues that maybe block the project. 4. Mass Production Phase：After the trial run product is accepted by customers as well as the chi hair straighteners production is stable, mass production can be input and begin,then the project and its related documents will transferred to production department;5. EOL：Check the material excess and make EOL report to charge from customers about excessive material caused by customers` ECN.
